Corso per istruttori di Pilates Reformer, per preparare lezioni di Reformer Livello 1 (esercizi base e intermedi) sia per gruppi sia per lezioni one-to-one. Si può accedere al corso anche prima di aver partecipato al Corso IMP Pilates Matwork Plus.
Durante questo corso imparerete a programmare lezioni in base alle necessità posturali dei vostri clienti. Una giornata intera è dedicata all'analisi posturale per imparare quali sono gli allineamenti ideali e per quale motivo molti individui presentano posture non allineate. Gli studenti impareranno a modificare gli esercizi in base alle difficoltà che si possono incontrare e patologie.
Il piano formativo completo per diventare istruttore di Pilates Reformer prevede 2 livelli: IR (livello Base + Intermedio) e AR (Corso Reformer Pilates Avanzato). Il primo livello IR può essere ulteriormente diviso in 2 moduli (per chi non potesse partecipare al corso intero): IR1 Corso Reformer Intensivo Modulo 1 (Base) e IR2 Corso Reformer Intensivo Modulo 2 (Intermedio).
Building on your industry knowledge it teaches you to design and lead the Level 1 Essential and Intermediate STOTT PILATES Reformer repertoire for personal or group training settings for a range of clients. You will leave with a solid foundation and required skills to develop effective and motivating Pilates Reformer programs. While IR may be taken prior to IMP, we recommend completing IMP first.
Objectives: The STOTT PILATES Five Basic Principles; essential, Intermediate, Power workouts; effective use of the reformer to enhance torso stability and strength, peripheral extremity conditioning, joint stability, flexibility, balance and coordination; effective communication and observational skills; verbal cueing and imagery for performance enhancement and client motivation; theory and practice of postural analysis; 139 exercises plus modifications for specific body types, postural issues and conditions; how to incorporate resistance equipment to support and intensify exercises; exercise layering related to effective program design; workout composition for personal and group training
The complete training plan to become a Pilates Reformer instructor has 2 levels: IR (Essential and Intermediate) e AR (Advanced Reformer). We also offer Intensive Reformer in two modules – IR1 (Essential) and IR2 (Intermediate). Key learnings are the same as the full course. Completion of both modules is required to be eligible for certification.
